Make the show ready to run

Confirm product availability, variants, condition and approved listing details. Demonstrate the item accurately; substantiate claims and avoid unsupported promises.

Check pricing, promotion eligibility, offer limits and delivery expectations against the listing and current Seller Center guidance. Assign the host, moderator, fulfillment contact and escalation owner.

Prepare product sequence, demonstrations, buying cues and customer-question responses. Test equipment and pinned links; set a pause/escalation cue and a post-show review date.

Use this free resource on your own, or bring it to a free 15-minute fit call. A separate paid 60-minute assessment ($350–$750) produces a one-page scorecard, prioritized risks, a 30-day action plan, scope and quote.
