How AVENIK handles information submitted through this website.
Effective: October 16, 2026
These website terms are a practical operating baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for AVENIK’s legal entity, location, vendors, data practices, insurance, and client contracts before broad public launch.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through contact, project-intake, newsletter, scheduling, and consultant-application forms, including your name, work email, company, website, professional background, project details, platform information, budget range, and files you choose to provide. We may also receive basic technical and usage data from our hosting, security, and analytics providers, such as IP address, device or browser information, referring pages, and timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit or consultant applications, schedule calls, deliver requested services, maintain security, improve the website and operations, comply with law, and—with your consent—send relevant marketing communications. High-judgment client recommendations remain subject to human review.
Service providers and disclosures
We may provide information to vendors that help operate the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, file storage, analytics, and workflow-automation providers. They receive information only for defined business purposes and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction. AVENIK does not knowingly sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual or recordkeeping needs, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including least-privilege access where practical, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, financial-account details, government identifiers, or confidential platform credentials through public forms.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or opt out of marketing communications, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe method. To make a privacy request, use the Contact page. We may need to verify your request.
Cookies, scheduling, and analytics
Premium downloads require a work email; your email and request are sent to HubSpot. Resource access is separate from optional marketing consent. Download links expire after 15 minutes. We store short-lived access-token hashes and request/download timestamps for resource delivery and security, and remove expired records during subsequent requests. We cannot confirm that a file was saved on your device. Delivery emails and automated follow-ups are not currently active. We load HubSpot visitor analytics only when you choose Allow analytics. Analytics cookies can record page visits and connect them to your contact record after an identifying form submission. A visit alone does not provide your name or email. Change your choice using Cookie preferences. Forms remain available if you decline analytics; submissions include the page, current campaign tags and referral-source origin when available. With analytics allowed, campaign tags and referral-source origins can be retained for this browser session. Inquiry and worksheet submissions are processed through HubSpot. Form delivery may include the visitor IP supplied by our hosting provider for validation, security and submission context. When analytics are allowed, this browser session can retain up to 20 recent link clicks, download requests, calendar openings and print requests. If you submit a form, that client-reported history is included with your enquiry in HubSpot. We do not store form contents, URL query strings, email addresses or phone numbers in that activity history. A download request does not confirm that a file was saved. Declining analytics clears the session activity history. The booking calendar loads when you request it and uses HubSpot Meetings. Hosting may use necessary technologies for security and functionality.
Children, external services, and changes
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13. Links or embeds operated by third parties—including scheduling and commerce platforms—are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We may update this policy as the website, vendors, or legal obligations change and will post the revised effective date here.
