An appeal is an evidence process

Strong appeal readiness begins before enforcement. Maintain a dated record of notices, affected listings or orders, support cases, policies reviewed, operational evidence, and the internal owner responsible for corrective action.

An appeal should be factual, specific, and consistent with the platform’s current requirements. AVENIK can support evidence collection and drafting, but no provider can guarantee reinstatement, eligibility, distribution, or acceptance.

Build the file

Capture the notice exactly as received, the timeline, root-cause analysis, immediate containment, durable corrective actions, proof that changes were completed, and the monitoring plan that reduces recurrence.

Keep the evidence source-controlled and easy to hand off. Do not submit invented explanations, altered records, or statements the merchant cannot verify.

After submission

Track the case ID, submission date, response, next follow-up date, new evidence, and owner. Continue operating the underlying corrective process rather than treating the appeal itself as the fix.
